AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Called them and asked for a quote. They asked me to email the request. I confirmed the email address with the front desk lady. Sent it. Waited 3 weeks and NO REPLY. So I called to follow up. They had no idea what I was talking about. Yet they asked me to send the email and I did for a request for quote. They informed me that they can only use parts that they provide - cannot use customer provided parts for insurance reasons. I told Mitch that many shops use customer provided parts but just have them sign a waiver that there is NO WARRANTY on the work. Which is fine with me. I just need 3 stuck bolts out. THE REAL TRUTH IS MONEY - They make money on LABOR AND by selling parts at a huge markup. Due to the difficulty in even getting a quote and the poor communication I would NOT reccomentddoing business with this shop. I know others who have had TERRIBLE experiences too with them. Waiting MONTHS for a repair that should have taken a couple days. This place is BROKEN!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this mechanic! They dont know what they are doing! I took our vehicle up to them when my vehicle starting acting up. After a "diagnosis" the mechanic, Mitch/ Mitchell informed me it was a spark plug. Okay, fine just replace all of them anyway since it was time to replace them anyway. Quoted me a price for over $500 to replace, fine, whatever. As soon as I drove the vehicle off their lot the issue was still there. It was still making a shuddering vibration. I called them back immediately and told them it was still having an issue. He told me to bring it back but I had to go pick up my kids from school and I couldn't bring it back until a few days later when I was off again. So, a couple of days pass and I was off again. Brought it back to them to check out. He "diagnosed" it again and said the same spark plug was misfiring and that the ceramic on the plug might have gotten cracked when installing since it was in a bad awkward spot on the back off the engine toward firewall. He came back few hours later (I waited) and said the wire was loose and he just popped back on. Great! I left again and immediately noticed it still was acting up as soon as I drove off the lot

Best mechanic shop I have ever been to. Honest, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend! Wish I could give a 6 star rating!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Very honest with pricing. I was referred by a co-worker and was thoroughly impressed. They gave a good, honest estimate of $600.00 for the repair and wound up being $275.00. Extremely friendly and personable. They are now my go to automotive experts!

Two hours into our road trip, my family and I had to stop due to fuel transmission issues. The staff were incredibly welcoming and immediately offered their assistance. It's rare these days to encounter such genuine, honest people and mechanic shops that aren't driven by profit. Their help was truly refreshing.
